If you have a concern

We know finance can be stressful, and things don’t always run perfectly. If something hasn’t met your expectations, we want the chance to put it right.

Raising a concern never affects your application, your relationship with us, or how we support you going forward.

If you would like to escalate further (Bullagreen Finance only)

Bullagreen's credit and finance activities are conducted under the Bullagreen Finance business, with oversight provided by our Australian Credit Licence holder, Connective Credit Services Pty Ltd (ACL 389328).

 

If your concern isn’t resolved, or you’d prefer not to discuss it directly with us, you can contact Connective. They provide oversight of our credit activities and will independently review your concern.

If we or Connective haven’t been able to resolve your concern, you can take the matter to the Australian Financial Complaints Authority (AFCA).
